A few takeaways I received from the Orlando conference in February:

• Drupal 10 is expected to release in August 2022.
• Olivero is the favored website front-end theme to replace Bartik.
• Claro is expected to replace Seven as the favored admin theme.

With this in mind, I recommended a modified form of Claro for the Internet Publishing Service (IPS) team.
