After creating an in-house content management system and the original public-facing website for the Heartland National TB Center, I wrote the manual for the training staff who could then use the system to do the following:
Announce upcoming courses across a 13-state region.
Receive client registrations for upcoming courses.
Generate class rosters and prepare training materials for participants.
Update their contact information.
Generate CDC and state-mandated spreadsheets and reports.
